Sounds like what happened to my guild. Not quite as drastic. We lost about two weeks of momentum, but we did lose a lot of folks. I'm the guild leader and two officers left and created their own guild. Took a few good folks, but they provide refuge for the rejects as well (the ones I benched because they were no-call/no-shows consistantly for raids or felt PVP was more important than PVE, etc). If you've got a horde character or ever feel like starting one up, let me know. I know that you're alliance at the moment. We could use some skilled and dedicated folks (EST raid times). Guild dramas for the lose. Another reason why progression isn't as far as it is and another reason why Blizzard should do what they can to assist folks who try to recover (see my PVE thread).
