so, once you have about 1600 healing you're beginning to get into the overkill zone, i personally think that between 1500 and 1600 healing and you should be fine, then you should start looking into other stat gems depending on class, spirit and mp5 as a priest, mp5 and spell crit and a paladin, spirit and mp5 as a druid and god knows what as a shaman, i dont really know what they work off of.

I'm having a great time being back. I've already made some good new in-game friends and such. I even happily killed buzzards for 3 hours straight to make a stash of buzzard bites last night. The only thing negative at all about coming back so far is eating the low end graphics of the game.

I actually know a guy that still players EQ1. He told me recently that expansion packs are still coming out for it every 8 months or so. What was more interesting (aside from EQ1 still being alive and getting regular full expansions) was that apparently they have a team at SOE that re-does the graphics of an original zone for each expansion. You get an expansion and a pretty new original zone.

AFAIK you cannot run 2 sticks in dual channel (except with nforce2 chipset, and it wasn't TRUE dual channel) and 1 slower stick not in dual channel with those two, not to mention all of your ram should be running at the slowest speed. But then again I don't know much about Intel chipsets, just read up on AMD boards and nforce chipsets.

Sounds like what happened to my guild. Not quite as drastic. We lost about two weeks of momentum, but we did lose a lot of folks. I'm the guild leader and two officers left and created their own guild. Took a few good folks, but they provide refuge for the rejects as well (the ones I benched because they were no-call/no-shows consistantly for raids or felt PVP was more important than PVE, etc). If you've got a horde character or ever feel like starting one up, let me know. I know that you're alliance at the moment. We could use some skilled and dedicated folks (EST raid times). Guild dramas for the lose. Another reason why progression isn't as far as it is and another reason why Blizzard should do what they can to assist folks who try to recover (see my PVE thread).

WoW on a laptop? how much $

Hey all. this is the 2nd forum i've found that makes it past the filters here at work. Much more active than the other one i foud too, i like it. Anyway. My roomate wants to play WoW on a laptop, how much is he looking to spend to get decent performance? doesn't have to be silky, but not to bumpy either.. If you have a laptop that plays WoW, what make/model is it, as well as any other suggestions. cost around 1200 or so ? thanks in advanced
